Meetings

Pack 458 meets on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 8:15 pm in the Parish Life Center behind the church.

Please drop your son off on time and pick him up on time.  It is asking a lot of the leaders to look after your child after meetings until you arrive.

Meetings are held weekly.  Most meetings are den meetings during which the boys meet with the other Cub Scouts in their grade, along with their den leaders.  These meetings include working on advancement and fun activities.

Cub Scouts should come to meetings in uniform.  You will hear more about this. There is time to assemble your Scout’s uniform.  New uniform parts can be obtained from the Scout Shop at 171 South Hollywood (across from the Board of Education)  or ordered online from ScoutStuff.org.  Gently (who are we kidding?) used uniform parts are sometimes available through the pack.  They can also often be found in second-hand stores.

Once a month, there is a pack meeting.  Pack meetings include the Cub Scouts from all of the dens along with their parents.  Siblings and grandparents, etc. are also very welcome.  At these meetings, the boys receive the awards they have earned along the Cub Scout trail.  There will also be fun activities for everyone to enjoy.
